A note from the Executive Director
Central Valley Empowerment Alliance is a multi-ethnic group with a grassroots community membership stretching five counties (Madera, Fresno, Tulare, King, and Kern) within the Central Valley most rural communities and the urban centers of Fresno, Madera, Visalia and Bakersfield. CVEA uses the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) organizing model which builds from hundreds of one-on-one individual meetings house visits and larger broad-based community assembly where specific actions are discussed and developed to mobilization. C Central Valley Empowerment Alliance is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
