Saving lives, one rural community at a time.
Rural Health Equity Access Program
Since 2020, CVEA has been responding to the needs of rural communities in the Central Valley. The Rural Health Equity campaign aims to address health disparities often found in rural unincorporated communities. These challenges include lack of close by clinics, resources, or unaffordability of healthcare for struggling families. There are over 20 rural unincorporated communities in Tulare county alone yet statistics surrounding their health is largely non-existent.
